How do I connect wallet?
In the navigation menu, click "Connect & Shop".

How do I disconnect wallet?
- Click on MetaMask extension in the browser toolbar
- Within the Account view, click on the 3 dots button on the top right-hand corner.
- In the expanded menu, click on Connected Sites.
- Click on the trash can button next to any sites you wish to disconnect from.
- Open your wallet mobile application
- Click "Disconnect"

How long does it take for delivery?
The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether.
The delivery time will vary a lot from location to location. In short, the shipping time alone could be around:
- For US orders: 6-12 business days
- For non-US orders: 5-23 business days
The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination location. In some cases the local Customs office of your destination location may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
How can I track my order?
Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on "Track Order". In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Can I still amend or cancel my order after confirming the order?
Simply email us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, device type or case type that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email.
Refund for received items: can I apply? And how?
Yes, you can apply for a refund by emailing us before receiving your order and providing the reason for return. Please note that customized products are unique creative expressions and returns for reasons other than a mistake made by NFTYC will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (discounts and shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly). Refunds will be issued in ETH.
Can I have a prepaid return shipping label for returning the item?
We apologize, but we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with returning items. It is recommended that you use registered and traceable services to ensure the safe return of your package.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
While we strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition, defects can sometimes occur. If you receive a defective item, please take pictures or videos of the defect and contact us via email immediately. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I apply for item(s) exchange? And how?
Yes, you may apply for an exchange of items by emailing us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date on your tracking record, if applicable). Please provide the reason for your return in your email.
What currency will I be charged in?
